Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Master card, Visa and Discover.
How do we book your cabins?
You can book all of our cabins online right here at: Do you require a Deposit to make a reservation?
Yes. A deposit of $200 is required to make a reservation. This must be received at the time of booking the reservation. The deposit is automatically applied toward rent. The balance is due thirty (30) days before your check-in date.
Do you require a Security Deposit?
No. We have learned that guests do not travel many miles to damage our cabins. At the same time we understand that accidents can and do happen. We reserve the right to charge you for damages that are above normal wear and tear. Please see our Terms and Conditions for complete details.
What time can we check in?
Check in time is after 4:00pm If we do not have a guest checking out on the same day you are checking in you may be able to get an early check in. Please call for details. What time is check out?
Check out is at 10:00am.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made less than 30 days from the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance separately. Here is the link:
www.travelguard.com Do you have a minimum nights stay?
For the most part our cabins require a 2 night minimum stay. During peak season and holidays the required minimum stay may by higher. Click on the "Check Calendar" links for more details.
Do I need to bring dishes, sheets or towels?
No. Our cabins are fully equipped with kitchen utensils, bed linens and towels. You will arrive to a clean cabin with the beds made and enough towels for the maximum number of guests. Also, you will have starter items, such as: trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. You should plan to bring items such as coffee filters, plastic bags, aluminum foil, condiments, laundry soap, personal toiletries, clothes, and charcoal for our charcoal grills. We do not provide a daily maid service. However if you are staying a week or longer you can request a mid-stay freshen up if you need more towels, etc.
Do you supply firewood?
No. But many of the area grocery stores provide small bundles of wood that you can pick up.
Do I need to clean my Cabin before I leave?
No. We ask that you leave the home in the general condition that you found it. Our housekeeping staff will take care of the rest. There is a chance of additional cleaning charges if the home has been left in an unnecessarily messy condition. Please see our Terms and Conditions for the check out procedures.
Do you allow Pets?
No. We do not allow pets at this time.
Do you allow Smoking in your units?
No smoking is allowed inside the cabins. You may however go outside to smoke.
Do I have to drive up any winding mountain roads?
Yes. All of our cabins are in the Great Smoky Mountains to take advantage of the beautiful mountain views. However, they can be easily accessed from paved roads. A four wheel drive is recommended in the winter months during inclement weather. You can check local weather at www.tn511.com But don’t worry… We haven’t lost a guest yet.
Are there grocery stores nearby?
Yes. Food City has stores in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is a large supermarket that will have all the grocery items you'll need for your stay. The location in Gatlinburg also has a gas station, pharmacy and video rentals.
Is there any fishing in the area?
There is great trout fishing right in downtown Gatlinburg. We have a trout rearing facility local to Gatlinburg and the streams are stocked every Thursday. As a result, local regulations prohibit fishing on Thursday. Other state and local regulations apply. Please check with our Chamber of Commerce for details. You can request a trout fishing brochure by calling City Hall at 865-436-1400.
What are some of the local attractions?
From the world class Ripley's Aquarium to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, there is never a dull moment in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Check our things-to-do page or go to the Official Attractions web site for more information on things to do for endless family fun.
